Water Board Meeting Protocol

To ensure orderly and timely processing of all water trade or transfer requests, the following protocol must be observed:

Meeting Schedule

The Water Board meets on the Second Wednesday of each month at 7:00pm.

Submission Deadline

Any shareholder business with the board must be submitted to Scott no later than five (5) days prior to the scheduled meeting.

All individuals wishing to trade or transfer water must submit the relevant details to Scott no later than five (5) days prior to the scheduled meeting.

Required Information

Submissions must include:

• Name of the person initiating the trade/transfer
• Certificate # and Amount of water to be transferred
• Name of the receiving party (if applicable)
  • Name as new owner wants it on the certificate, Fiduciaries must provide manager’s name
  • Phone number - Email - Mailing address - Irrigation Parcel #
• Any additional documentation or approvals required

Fees

All assessments must be paid before transfer

Transfer fee must be paid at or before transfer

Late Submissions

Requests received after the deadline will be deferred to the following month’s meeting.
